This brewing company has over 2,800 acres of vineyards and they produce around 28 million bottles of premier champagne each year.

All of the Impérial blends that Moët & Chandon produces were originally created by Jean-Rémy Moët, the grandson of the winery’s founder. Jean-Rémy Moët is responsible for the brewing house’s worldwide fame, as he was supplying his finest champagnes to some of the noblest families throughout Europe.

Ice Impérial is the only champagne that was created to be enjoyed over ice. The Signature Blend of Ice Impérial

The concoction that makes up the Ice Impérial consists of the following wines: the 40-50% Pinot Noir gives the wine its fruitiness, the 30-40% Pinot Meunier gives it the rich melting sensation that you feel and the 10-20% Chardonnay is just there for a refreshing finish. 20-30% of the whole blend is wines that have been specifically selected to bring out the Ice Impérial’s intensity, constancy and richness.

Every bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne is left for at least 21 months in the cellar before they are distributed. This gives it the mature and intense flavor and aroma that the champagne and the brewing house is known for.

The Characteristics of Ice Impérial
